Father Jackson takes care of St. George’s flock

When our Rector, Rev. Mary Graham, took a well-deserved vacation for the month of September, she called on her colleague in the Diocese of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands the Very Reverend Father Franklyn Jackson, to assume temporary responsibility for the spiritual leadership of the St. George’s congregation. Fr. Jackson is Rector of the Church of St. Margaret, Liguanea, Jamaica. He presently serves on the Diocesan Council, the Diocesan Financial Board and the Commission on Regional Boundaries. Joining him for a few weeks was his wife, Janet, who also became part of the St. George’s family. The entire church family was indeed thankful for the for a month of stirring sermons, melodious singing, hospital visits, pastoral care and shared fellowship during his stay St. George’s.
